The design was inspired by outdoor equipment such as aero and diving gears which provides high strength and protection. The semi-hard & soft design construction provide a very good ergonomic with padding provide good supports and air ventilation for users’ back. The quick release design allows 180 degrees opening for the ease of packing. The PC shell is formed by high precision vacuum forming technology, which employs less mould and consumes less energy for production. The shell employs only 1/3 of plastic material, compared with the traditional production method. The logo was formed with the shell which safe 1 component for environment.
