Trade is becoming increasingly digitalized and the entire Customer Journey must be rethought. The Telekom Design Gallery Retail Space is a prototype which aims to bring tomorrow's shopping experience to life today. The Retail Space can detect customers' positions and actions and react accordingly, smart counters show the advisors useful customer information, and visitors can use physical objects to configure digital models which are then produced on demand. In Industry 4.0, the shopping experience and production process become one, and customers benefit from highly personalized products.
