Ultrasonic observation device with an electronic endoscope. By inserting the ultrasonic probe, connected to a scanner, into the digestive organs such as stomach, intestine and bile duct and rotating it, ultrasonic observation with high resolution images is made available. It is also possible to use a combination of the connectable monitor and probe alone. The complete product consists of the endoscope system (LL/VP-7000), a soft and clean case, a distinctively designed light source with black display where information and operation buttons are integrated, a downsized control pad and a scanner which connects easily to the ultrasonic probe.
