The history of matcha stretches back some 1,300 years and is perceived as a traditional beverage for the older generation, thus limiting its audience. Super Matcha's brand mission is clear: gain new insights by exploring the past. Functional intuition is one of the main keywords Super Matcha uses to convey tradition to a modern sensibility. “Why should I drink matcha?” is answered with five qualities, the first letter each one spelling out the word "Super." All visuals are straightforward and the use of a bold green color lends matcha a new persona.
