Anyone who doesn’t have a lot of space to work with looks for the best way to use whatever they have. TOCA offers a solution to this problem. Because the lamp can be placed in different locations and adjusted to numerous positions, the purchase of additional lamps becomes optional. The lamp’s appealing shape and easy operation are other convincing features and it also invites the user to interact with it. TOCA is a combination of one technical and one mechanical component united to form an aesthetic and easy-to-use product.
TOCA is a well conceived product; versatile, adaptable and mobile in its function, whilst at the same time extremely elegant in a non-presumptuous manner. This gives it the touch of coziness that is often needed in otherwise uninspiring (i.e. prefab) small environments.
WINNER STATEMENTIt was the first time we tried our luck in a design competition. We're very happy about the iF DESIGN TALENT AWARD, as it is an encouraging reaction to our efforts, a confirmation to go on!
