Eco-friendly beer tumblers

These reusable cups use a new material with a low environmental impact to solve the problem posed by the enormous number of plastic cups used at outdoor events. The new material is molded from plant-based cellulose fiber and will allow us to halve our consumption of petroleum-based resins. The cellulose fiber for these tumblers can come from many plant sources, including used coffee grounds and spent grain from beer making. Cups made with this material retain the original fragrance of the plant materials, and the cellulose creates microscopic bumps on the surface of the cups that give beer a smoother head and more intense taste.
