Pressure measurement is essential for the manufacturing processes of virtually every industry. The VG-200 is a capacitance manometer that can measure the pressure of a chamber and any line used in the manufacturing process with high precision. This is the world's smallest class-size gauge and comes with temperature self-adjustment capability and a smooth, aluminum housing. The smaller size also brings the added advantage of easier maintenance. With its original electrode structure and signal processing, it achieves a high level of accuracy and stability in spite of its compact size. It can provide a stable output even in severe environments by using Ni alloy for the diaphragm in the sensor body.
