X-Bow

Lightweight sports car

The KTM X-Bow is a car with the spirit of a motorcycle. As it turned out, the X-Bow was to become the first product of its class to use a carbon fibre monocoque structure – something normally associated with Formula1 racing technology. It is a street homologated lightweight sports car with racing technology, packaged in a simple, minimal design. The design process form, the first concept to the presentation at the Automobilsalon in Geneva, took less than 18 months. Within the first two hours at the show already 40 cars were sold.
