Knife range with knife block
The dark rosewood handles and the typical Far Eastern shape of the blades are characteristic of the appearance of the knife range. The forged carbon steel blades have a high carbon content making them extremely hard. The Santoku, Deba and Yanagiba knives are ready to use at all times in the matching knife block. The knives are held by magnetism on the front. The block, like the handles, is made of rosewood and modern touch of contrast is provided by sheet of safety Perspex, that can easily be removed for cleaning.
