Circular economy kitchen

Since mid 2020, among the activities of the association, there is a circular economy kitchen. The simple principle of cooking was it is left over from the market, made possible the idea to re-use, educate and support participant involved in this project. Every day 3 to 5 interns are learning how to use the left over of the markets were Eco dalle Città saves food. Afterwards cooked food is given to other organizations in contact with people in need.
