Located nearby Malaga's Cathedral, the declaration of intentions of the project is clear as soon as you enter: an open kitchen, fully integrated and converted into the heart of the restaurant, encouraging the client to participate in the experience of entering Palocortado through its three spaces. From its unique wooden bar where the diner can enjoy a tapas bar nothing conventional, to the sensation of acoustic comfort, the whole set gives off a cosmopolitan air that nevertheless does not mask a classic kitchen , based on the product, and essence of the brand.
