Bentô Architecture
Restaurant architecture
Tatil Design
Bentô proposes a reinvention of Japanese cooking, creating a new fast food segment in Rio de Janeiro's market. Working the Bentôs concept Japanese lunch boxes it creates an entirely new experience, mixing fast food speed with oriental values such as quality and healthiness. Following the branding guidelines, its architecture is a visual as well as a concept extension of Bentô, a contemporary look on Japan. The project further explores continuous forms and modularity, using bamboo blades as its main material. The board menu and lighting are also highlights inside a place that has already become a great post beach option.
