From the start of our website relaunch, we followed one guiding vision: all features, communication assets, and the overall architecture must meet the primary customer need: to find their ideal eBike. Our approach is based on extensive UX Research over 4 months, with 20 user interviews and 12 stakeholder interviews including dealers, product management, the strategy board, and more. We have devised an innovative guidance for potential eBike buyers, centered on their specific interests and needs. We maintained our brand promise 'Feel the Flow', embodying the perfect balance between mental overload & underload, just like a perfect ride.
