Café bord de Mer

Hotel Causal Dining

Hong Kong Resort Company Limited

Café bord de Mer reflects an oasis of calm and a dignified lifestyle. The restaurant adopted an open idea layout with interactive cooking stations and timber finishes. Full-length windows are built to maximize the South China Sea view. Ceiling is topped with massive wood blinds, which split up the sunrays. Beyond the eatery is a relaxing lounge bar. The idea of the signature columns is inspired by the “Message in a Bottle”: People put a message / wish in a bottle and toss it into the ocean. So the columns appear to be the shape of rolls of letter papers tied with a metal string.
