Digital service

Ixonos and Viking Line have worked together to improve cruise line passenger experience and find new service models with digital solutions. By involving the passengers and personnel to the project we formed a new service that lets passengers e.g. design their own cruise program, meet like-minded people and plan their tax-free shopping in addition to getting the best service in all phases of customer journey. For Viking Line this means more active passengers, improved service utilization rates and increased sales. Ixonos was Viking Line’s partner in creating the digital vision, designing the services and delivering the technology.
