New library of accessible and diverse illustration
Itaú UnibancoAccessibility is a fundamental pillar in creating user experiences, and this project aligns with Itaú’s new brand expression to provide more inclusive visual resources. The strategy focuses on scaling and modularizing illustration assets across all channels and structures. This project involved collaboration between all the Design, Branding and Operations teams. In pursuit of continuous improvement, both quantitative and qualitative surveys were conducted with customers. Usability testing of journeys using the new illustrations yielded a 92.96% satisfaction rate and an increased level of engagement.
