Lidu Gaoliang collection baijiu is created in commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the Lidu baijiu workshop ruins of the Yuan Dynasty excavated. The 800 years old fermentation pit of the Yuan Dynasty contains up to 167 kinds of OTU (ancient bacteria). Being a treasure in the history of Chinese baijiu-making,its has been carried forward by 41 generations in succession. The top-grade baijiu bred from national treasure cultural relics is displayed by the work which integrates elements, such as the giant clams, China Cultural Heritage logo, Yuan Dynasty fermentation pit and the patterns of OTU and is themed with National Treasure-class Pearl
