Interactive tableware designed to enhance gastronomic experience. Based on the science of “sensorial plasticity” it aims to extend sensory experience through visual, audio, fragrance, vibration and electrical stimulus. It consists of: multi-sensorial “Interactive Platter” shown at Madrid Fusion 2011 – device expands the range of sensory stimulation and experience; “Storm in a Soup Bowl” – using sonic agitators and sensors to transform color, form, consistency and density of food during gastronomic experience; “Stimulus Spoon” – delivers a very mild electric current, altering the perceived taste of food, when making contact with the lips and tongue.
