NHN CorporateNHN recently reorganized its business areas into five key businesses, prepared for a new leap forward, and renewed the overall UX design of its homepage to convey a new image of the company to users. Unlike the conventional method of deriving improvement targets through user researches and surveys, we introduced a user log tracking solution, deriving insights into user behavior bases through User journey map and heat map analysis. The solution allowed us to set improvement goals, and as a result, along with improving the main home design style, we were able to apply a UX that clearly improved the information display method and the user's path
