Stress comes to us every day through our daily routine. But, the more we engage with social media, the more stress we get. Especially, social media before bed. Using it before bed not only effects your sleeping habit but also make you feel stress. So, turn off your mobile phone, stop overthinking before going to bed, put stress during the day aside, and do a mindfulness practice with r e l e a s e. r e l e a s e is a transformable mindful object for practicing a mindfulness practice before bed. It is designed to be a guidance for 2 breathing techniques which are 4-4 breathing technique and 4-7-8 breathing technique.
