How can Deutsche Telekom anchor the principles of design across the entire company in order to sustainably improve the customer experience? The Design department developed a strategic process for Design Thinking and made tools and methods available for the entire company. The Tool Box conveys Telekom’s design philosophy to its staff and offers a selection of the best methods and tools of Design Thinking. Detailed Personas, tips on Customer Labs and research methods can be applied by every member of staff in their daily work. The Tool Box is continually being expanded and is available both as a book and online.
