Yamaki Zushi
Restaurant
DRAWIN DESIGN STUDIOThe cooking station is showcased at the center of the main dining space, and its core wooden elements extend towards the inner hallway. The restaurant's exterior is built in the shape of a rain staircase with materials that have a rust-like finish. The use of vintage-like materials creates a first impression of roughness. When guests step into the interior, a dark-gray Karesenzui scenery becomes visible. The space's color palette is dark and subdued, and an atrium-like design lets in daylight. The entrance successfully recreates a natural micro-ecosystem with sunlight, air, a fish pond, and greenery.
