With three times the heat conductivity of cast iron and a super-thick structure of carbon graphite, it is possible to decrease cooking time while recreating the flame of a professional steakhouse. Heat is transferred to ingredients from both inside and outside with five times the far-infrared effects of cast iron pots and excellent steam convection due to the high sealing effects of the elliptical shape. The umami (flavors) of the ingredients are brought out and harmonized. The “OVAL-X” for professional use luxuriously uses the highest-grade carbon graphite which was made by CIP molding .
