Culinary Community: Cooking Training Programme

Educational Programme

We work to address the lack of accessible skills development opportunities in Athens. These are necessary to facilitate employability, social inclusion and also respond to the growing demand for skilled hospitality staff. Our Training Programme offers free Culinary Education and employability support for displaced people living and facing social exclusion. We train and certify participants as Commis Chefs. Our two-month, part-time course aims to create a firm foundation of the essential skills and knowledge without the time restrictions of a culinary degree, supporting people’s ability to access the industry quickly and confidently.
