It helps operations teams build self-learning and self-evolving service agents that continuously improve efficiency and consistency across diverse business scenarios. Built around three core modules: Deep Research, AI Building, and Self Iteration, the platform integrates AI throughout the full service lifecycle. Teams can use natural language instead of drag and drop logic, while AI autonomously tests, analyzes, and iterates strategies to reduce costs, enhance service quality, and improve overall team experience.
